Asperger's should not affect your grades as long as you learn some techniques to help you in the classroom.
- First of all, you will have an IEP -- your teacher should be willing to work with you on assignments that might present difficulty to you.
- Work with your teacher to choose a "safe spot" to go work quietly if you are feeling overwhelmed.
- Consider getting a Word Processor if it is difficult to you to hand-write your notes and assignments.
- If you find that you have a lot of questions, and the teacher says they are too disruptive, try writing them down to give to your teacher after class as they occur to you.
- If there is a social skills group at your school, consider joining! This might help you feel more "in-touch" with your peers and teachers
